​Troubleshooting problems with the Search function

Visitors to our site using older versions of Internet Explorer have reported problems searching for audit reports, general information, or audit team contact information. Please try these steps to resolve the problem:

  1. Go to the Tools menu at the top of your browser window.
  2. Click and scroll down to Compatibility View settings.
  3. None of the three check boxes should be selected. If either or appear in the box "Websites you've added to Compatibility View", click to highlight that line, then click on the Remove button.
  4. Click the Close button.
