The State Auditor's Office periodically has the following types of contracts available:

• Performance audit contracting opportunities
• Audit services contracts
• CPA contracts
• Personal services contracts (Including subject-matter expertise)
• Staff assistance contracts

interlocal agreements

The Interlocal Cooperation Act -- Chapter 39.34 RCW -- provides the authority for state agencies to contract with other government entities.  In accordance with RCW 39.34.040, the State Auditor's Office publishes a list of its interlocal, intergovernmental and interagency agreements.
