Audit reports released from January 1997 to present are available for viewing in electronic form. Audits of financial statements released since January 2005 include both the audit report and the audited statements in electronic form. For reports released prior to January 1997, please call (360) 725-5372 or e-mail AuditRequests@sao.wa.gov. You will need to provide your name, address and phone number and the name of the entity and the audit period you want. We will print and mail the report to the address you specify. You will not be charged for the first copy of a report or for requests of fewer than 100 pages. Requests of multiple copies or requests of more than 100 pages will be charged at 10 cents a page.
